You can make a difference for our residents

The Wish List is a frequently changing list that is composed of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that enhance the quality of life for residents of Seacrest Village and clients of Seacrest at Home. This list includes gifts of medical equipment, religious articles, and lifestyle-enriching technology. Gifts of $2,500 to $24,999 are permanently recognized on the Sustaining Gifts Wall, located at the main entrance of the Bernard & Dorris Lipinsky Administration Building.

Below is a list of items that would be meaningful to residents

Seacrest Village – Leichtag Family Assisted Living Residence

Patio Furniture for Courtyard

Refresh and enhance a comfortable, inviting outdoor space where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of each day. Twelve high-quality chairs with supportive cushions will create a welcoming setting for residents to soak up the sunshine, socialize with friends, and participate in programs al fresco.

$11,500

Seacrest Village – The Katzin Residence

Sun Room Center Table

Provide a beautiful, sturdy centerpiece for the Katzin Residence Sun Room, creating a welcoming space where memory care residents and their families can gather, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments together in comfort.

$3,000

Breathtaking Digital Windows for Dining Room

Imagine enjoying a meal while gazing out at the canals of Venice, the beaches of O’ahu, Central Park, or other breathtaking destinations from around the world.

Seacrest Village has a wish to install a custom two-window LiquidView Digital Window system in the dining room of The Katzin Residence Memory Care Community. The project includes two 55-inch portrait displays creating the illusion of large, beautiful windows that open onto stunning outdoor scenes.

The ultra-high-definition video content changes naturally throughout the day, synchronizing with sunrise, daylight, sunset, and evening hours to mirror natural circadian rhythms. The imagery spans both displays, creating one expansive panoramic view.

The benefits extend far beyond aesthetics. Research conducted by Stanford University found that LiquidView Digital Windows can reduce stress, lower heart rates, calm the nervous system, and positively impact emotional well-being. Studies suggest these immersive views help create many of the same wellness benefits associated with access to real windows and natural scenery.

For residents living with memory loss, access to calming natural environments can be especially meaningful. Scenic views can encourage conversation, spark memories, reduce feelings of isolation, and create a more peaceful dining experience. Senior living communities that have installed LiquidView systems report that residents and visiting family members naturally gather around the windows to relax, reminisce, and connect.

This transformative enhancement will bring beauty, comfort, and a connection to the outside world into the heart of The Katzin Residence, enriching daily life for residents for years to come.

Seacrest Village – Leichtag Foundation Campus

Beading Class Underwriter

At Seacrest, the Beading Class is a cornerstone of community life, fostering social connection, fine motor dexterity, and a meaningful sense of purpose. Every week, a dedicated group of 20+ residents gathers to design intricate pieces—transforming a simple hobby into a source of pride and joy. Many residents proudly wear the jewelry they create, crafting lanyards for their glasses, gifts for friends, and so much more.

We invite you to underwrite this beloved program for the coming year, or help us plan with a three-year commitment. Your $6,000-$18,000 contribution will directly fund the rising costs of high-quality materials and expanded supplies, ensuring our residents have access to the best tools for their craft. By making this wish come true, you aren’t just buying beads; you are sustaining the moments of creative expression and friendship that make Seacrest a true home.
